Monica Niehof is a qualified Stretch Therapist. She completed a Diploma in Human Anatomy and Physiology. She also received intensive theoretical and practical training in stretch therapy.
Monica has always been interested in human movement and overall wellness including nutrition. Through her running and other sports activities, this interest has further developed, and she found herself reading more and more about human health and wellbeing. After many years of searching for purpose in her career, she found that human movement sciences and helping people were her true passion and talent. Through her own experience, she came to believe in the lasting effectiveness of stretch therapy.
Monica works in association with StretchingSA and directs the StretchingSA Roodepoort Clinic in the City of Johannesburg since January 2020. She received thorough theoretical and practical training and has completed various case studies where she applied the Active Isolated Stretching technique with success.
